Items purchased are shipped within 7 days.
Because of the nature of the items, we do not accept returns for refund on packages or dinner party packages purchased. If you find that your package is not what was what you thought it was, or that it was unsuitable for your event, we will accept a return-for-exchange for any other package of equal or lesser amount.
** To return an item for exchange, package must IN ITS ENTIRETY be returned in its original packaging, by registered mail, within 14 days of PURCHASE DATE. A letter must accompany the returned package explaining why it is being returned and what you are asking it to be exchanged for. If you do not specify an exchange product, there will be a credit for that amount placed onto your account toward a future purchase.
